Patient Services Coordinator
Job Description Position: Front Office Patient Services Coordinator
Role Overview: Serve as the primary front desk point of contact for patients, handling scheduling, check-in, phone inquiries, and day-to-day office operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Greet patients, manage appointments, answer phone calls and emails, verify insurance, process billing, maintain office calendars, and assist with care coordination and referrals.
Work Environment: Desk-based role with frequent patient interactions in a friendly, client-focused, and collaborative setting.
full-time $25,000 - $32,000 per year

Experience: Previous experience in a dental office or customer service role is preferred.
