We need a PMP with some knowledge over Citrix, 2016 Server, and Cloud migration.

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mid-Senior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of project management expertise and technical acumen, with a strong focus on leveraging technology to enhance project outcomes. This role will involve managing diverse projects, including M365 implementations, data center to cloud migrations, and infrastructure refresh initiatives. The Project Manager will represent the interests of Our client and will work closely with various stakeholders, including vendor project managers and internal teams. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Projects include Citrix replacement, 2016 server refresh, and cloud migration initiatives. 
• Technology Utilization: Leverage technology tools such as Smartsheet, JIRA, and ServiceNow to create, maintain, and control project data and reporting. Ensure effective use of these tools for project tracking and communication. 
• Data Collection and Analysis: Oversee data collection efforts and conduct metrics analysis to inform project decisions. Utilize data-driven insights to enhance project performance and outcomes. 
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with diverse teams from various endpoints to merge and utilize data for informed decision-making. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring their needs and interests are represented throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendor project managers, including contractors and representatives from Microsoft or DCW. Ensure alignment with project goals and adherence to contractual obligations. 
• Resource Management: Utilize ServiceNow for effective resource management, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of resources across projects. 
• Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports, metrics, and analysis to stakeholders, including senior management. 

Qualifications: 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP certification is preferred. 

Experience: 

• 5+ years of project management experience, with a focus on mid-senior level roles. 
• Proven experience managing projects related to M365, data center to cloud migration, and infrastructure refresh. 
• Strong background in data collection and metrics analysis. 

Technical Skills: 

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, JIRA, and ServiceNow. 
• Familiarity with Citrix environments and server infrastructure.
