Encore Talent Solutions is currently seeking a Project Manager for a position located in Cincinnati, OH

Description:

• Responsible for project management including planning, monitoring and reporting of strategic, high profile technical projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple high priority, large scale projects through the entire project life cycle
• Work with project team members and leadership of relevant areas to develop project plans
• Understand and process project requirements / technical and operational specifications of projects
• Direct, monitor, and report on project activity (e.g. tasks, milestones, deadlines, resource allocations, budget)
• Coordinate and communicate between resources, departments, and stakeholders on project progress
• Facilitate project status meetings and conduct project discussions
• Monitor and maintain project hours and budgets
• Identify project risks and develops contingency or alternative plans

Qualifications:

• 5 years of infrastructure project management experience.
• Demonstrable proficiency in managing mid-to-large-scale projects such as infrastructure deployments or cloud migrations.
• PMP certification is preferred but not required.
