IntePros is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a cross-functional team implementing EU MDR requirements from a manufacturing perspective at our Arlington manufacturing site. This role will drive project planning and execution, manage risks, and ensure stakeholders stay aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
• Lead and execute the overall project management plan
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and project activities
• Manage schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Facilitate interdepartmental meetings and stakeholder communication
• Track progress and help ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of relevant project management experience
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices
• Experience leading cross-functional projects
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to make sound decisions based on factual analysis
Nice to Have
• Experience with EU MDR or other medical device regulations
• Medical device or regulated manufacturing experience
• Experience working with Quality, Regulatory, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams
• PMP or other project management certification
